Villa Rhodia is a stunning villa with private driveway that leads to a garage and the entrance door. On entering the villa you walk into a spacious and airy hallway, from this hallway there is a door to the garage, a guest cloakroom and the first bedroom which sports a double bed and has access to a private balcony that over looks the pool area. This bedroom has an ensuite shower room. Leading down a few steps takes you into the open plan living, dining & kitchen area. The living area has two comfortable cream leather settees, a useable fireplace and for entertainment a television with satellite channels (limited) plus DVD player. From this area there are doors that lead to the covered veranda area and private swimming pool. The dining area is entered through a stone archway and has a large table and eight chairs, to enter the kitchen you walk under another stone archway to the modern and fully equipped area including an island which has a fitted hob and bar chairs surrounding. The modern appliances include fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and microwave.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor from the entrance hallway, all are complete with double beds and have doors that lead to a large shared balcony overlooking the garden. Each bedroom has an ensuite, two with shower facilities and the third with a full bathroom. On this level is a wonderful open plan gallery area with a signature round window, this area has a wooden bookcase and comfortable seats. The villa has air conditioning throughout and upon request a baby cot and highchair can be provided.

Outside the covered veranda has external dining table and chairs, around the swimming pool are umbrellas and sunbeds. There is also a purpose built barbeque area and external sink.
