This mas (Catalan Style Farmhouse) is located within Empúries Archaeological Zone and the Natural Park of Aiguamolls de l’Empordà. It is an original building dating from the late Roman period, rebuilt in Medieval times and completed in the 17th Century. This house is at 3 Km from L’Escala’s centre and 15 to 20 minutes on foot from the Greek Port Beach of Empúries (where the Olympic Flame arrived in 1992)

There is a 600 m2 terrace in front of the house and a 5 x 10 metres swimming pool.
All the houses are including a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, 2-doors fridge, gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.
In the living room there is a satellite TV, a small cd player and radio. Bedrooms are including bed sheets, towels, tablecloths and other household items.

The masia is divided into 3 independent lodgings for 4 and 8 people

Apartment for 2-4 people
Measures 75 m2 and comprises a master bedroom, a mezzanine with two children's beds, a full bathroom suite and kitchen-diner with fireplace. It is the most suitable of the lodgings for a couple with two children, or for two adult guests.

A 100-m2 duplex, with a master bedroom, a twin-bedded room and full bathroom suite on the first floor. The ground floor comprises a cloakroom, kitchen and dining room with fireplace. (Accommodates 4 people).

Apartment for 8 people
250 m2, two master bedrooms, two twin-bedded rooms, two bathrooms, winter lounge with fireplace, summer lounge, entrance and kitchen-diner (also with a fire place) Suitable for 8 people.
