The large gathering area is adjacent the spacious full kitchen complete with
Jenn-Air cooktop. For the serious chef, there is also a built in oven and microwave.
Dinnerware, pots and pans, and even a blender makes cooking easy. Seating for 6 makes
gathering fun and relaxing.

Satellite TV, DVD, VHS, FM all with great surround sound and lots of comfy furniture.
Or just pick out a book and curl up for an extended read or nap.

The master bedroom features a grand view and entrance to the woods beyond and a
large walk-in closet, so bring or shop. . . you have plenty of room.

ADVANCE PAYMENT. Full payment is due 30 days in advance of your reservation. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of arrival require full payment at the time of reservation. We accept payment via money order, cashier's check, Visa, Mastercard Discover or via PayPal. DEPOSITS/FEES. 50% of your total room rate for the number of nights specified is due within 7 days of reservation. Payment in full is due within 30 days of arrival. If making reservation within 30 days of arrival, then full term rental rate is due and payable at time of reservation. CANCELLATIONS. The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this home off the market for a period of time. All reservations canceled are subject to a cancellation charge of $45.00. For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded minus the $45.00 cancellation charge. The earlier you warn us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting. No refunds will be made for early departures, late arrivals, or if the number in your party decreases.
