We would like to welcome you to our Florida home. Our villa has been furnished, decorated and equipped to a meticulous standard to provide the highest level of personal comfort and enjoyment. Spacious family accommodation of 2 double bedrooms with queen sized beds (UK King size) with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, 2 twin bedded rooms with shared bathroom. TV/DVD in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room, family room with comfortable lounge area with satellite TV and DVD and dining area, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. Furnished Lanai for alfresco dining, large deck area with sun loungers, fully screened private swimming pool. Games room. Lake and conservation area to the rear of the villa.

All bed linen is provided, there are 2 sets of bed linen per bed to enable you to change frequently and make use of the washing and drying machines as required. Towels are provided including pool towels. Beach towels are not provided and we would request you bring your own.
Hairdryers are provided in the en-suite bathrooms.

Located in Kissimmee with easy access to Disney, Sea World, Epcot, Universal Studios, close to historical Downtown Kissimmee, Old Town Kissimmee and all the various eating establishments on the 192. A variety of golf courses are within minutes of the villa. Florida Mall and a variety of shopping outlets are easily reached. Outdoor activities of walking, fishing, horse riding, ice skating, a variety of water activities, rodeo are within easy distance. The gulf coast of Clearwater is 1hr/1hr30mins to the west, the Atlantic coast of Melbourne is 40 mins to the east. Orlando International airport is approx 15mins and Sanford International airport is 40 minutes from the villa.
