As you enter the home you are treated to a magnificent outdoor entry passage enclosed by beautiful wrought iron folding gates, a fountain and a domed ceiling of Coralina stone that connects from floor to ceiling. The fountain flows under your entry path and into the turquoise saline pool. This outdoor entry area looks out across the grotto, the Jacuzzi and beyond to a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean.

Outside in the grotto are a beautiful plunge pool and a heated Jacuzzi with jets to accommodate eight people. All of this with unobstructed views of the waves folding on the beach and the island structures beyond.

After passing through a second set of doors to the vestibule and stair landing, you look out to the main living level and enter a generously equipped gourmet kitchen with all Wolf cooking appliances and Subzero refrigeration, ice makers and wine coolers. The kitchen has an oversized granite island with seating for six. The kitchen flows through to a family room with comfortable furniture. The open plan accesses to the outside through beautifully handcrafted hardwood double French doors that frame out the room and lead to the garden, pool area and covered dining. The outdoor kitchen includes a Wolf gas grill, ice machine and refrigerator.

After going up a beautiful wooden spiral staircase you find the whole second level floor covered in exotic hardwood and the entire ceiling of the second level has a vaulted open beam ceiling of exotic hardwood. On this second level you find the three main bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with a large covered terrace and a master bathroom elegantly set up for two to use comfortably. A large walk in shower with rainforest shower head and an additional handheld multi-function nozzle. The toilet chamber is equipped with a Toto Washlet toilet/bidet that is only found in the highest quality of accommodations. The master closet is walk through and all cedar. Two more bedrooms are on the second level one with a king size bed and generous full bathroom and this room boasts a beautiful ocean view. The 3rd bedroom on the middle level has a queen size bed and another generous full bathroom.

The bedrooms are surrounded by a covered walk around deck and from there you can see the ocean and gaze down on beautiful Plaza Escondida with its fountain, water feature and inspiring landscaping. On the main floor and beyond the laundry room is a nicely appointed small bedroom equipped with a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a single on top and this room has a very nice and well-appointed full bathroom. The 3rd floor of the house can be accessed via a wooden spiral stairway which leads to the “Tower Room”. The Tower Room, equipped with a day bed, TV, desk and private outside deck with a beautiful garden including orange and almond trees and both with fruit. The Tower Room can easily be added as a sleeping quarters when we need to get creative for extra guests. This may be one of the best views at Las Catalinas, and, it's my favorite place to get away from it all and hang out. An additional outside shower is located for privacy created by a beautiful garden.
