Swallow Cottage is situated amidst 17 acres of gardens, woodland and meadow, only three miles from the glorious beaches of Woolacombe and Putsborough. Swallow offers stylish family accommodation for 6 in a secluded and secure setting.

Swallow's living areas are all on the 1st floor with the bedrooms below. Come up the stairs to a centrally-heated, pine-floored light and airy space with windows overlooking the walled garden and across the valley. At one end are comfortable sofas and an armchairs for evenings listening to music, watching TV (Freeview), a DVD. Rediscover the delights of board games with the family or friends or just relax with a glass of wine and a good book from the bookshelves.

At the other is the well-equipped kitchen-diner area, being part of the open plan area means that chefs will never be lonely (or short of helpers). The kitchen has facilities for everything from instant heated snacks to to gourmet feasts, (when not BBQ-ing in the garden). The table seats - just in case a couple of friends drop in for lunch.

Three freshly decorated ground-floor bedrooms and a family bathroom are on the ground floor comprising 1 double (en suite), 2 twin bedrooms - 1 with full-sized bunk beds and all with sufficient space to store clothes.

The family bathroom has a shower over bath,WC and wash-basin, while the en-suite to the double bedroom has a shower with WC and wash-basin.

A cot is available on request, (please bring cot bed linen with you).
