Welcome to our Florida vacation home! Whether you are vacationing with family or on a couples getaway, our 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom, 1600 sq. foot villa has everything to make your vacation relaxing and worry-free. We are situated in Windsor Palms, an exclusive gated resort, only 10 minutes from Disney World and all its attractions. The airport is a 35 minute drive.

Makes waves during the day in our private pool and at night in the spa, both of which are heated. Each room is fully furnished and tastefully decorated – all furniture is in excellent condition. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat, an entertainment unit and is open concept to the dining room. The eat-in kitchen is fully-equipped from cooking to cleaning and a washer and dryer are on hand. You are not required to bring anything but yourself and your vacation clothes!

The house sleeps 8 (with 2 bathrooms):
1. Master Bedroom - Queen bed with en-suite bathroom. Overlooks pool and spa area. TV.
2. Spare Bedroom – Queen bed, TV
3. Kids Room #1 – Bunk beds, TV for room.
4. Kids Room #2 – Two single beds, TV for each bed.

The back deck (lanai) is screen-enclosed (to avoid any bugs) and has a lounging area, pool, spa and BBQ.

Kids will never get bored, even on rainy days. The in-home games room has a pool table, fuse ball table and a choice of board games. The community club house not only has an Olympic size pool and sun deck but also an indoor movie theatre, games room (pool table, table tennis), video arcade, Nintendo Wii suite, tennis court, playground, fitness room, basketball court and beach volleyball court. For adults, it has a business center and a convenience store. The home also offers complimentary WIFI internet.

Looking to avoid the parking hassle at Orlando attractions? The complex offers access to a bus shuttle to all Disney Resorts, Animal Kingdom, Sea World and Universal Studies. Just minutes outside the quiet resort you have access to supermarkets, stores and a multitude of restaurants and other attractions. If golf is your thing, Disney has 5 championship golf courses (plus a golf course across the street)! For you shoppers, two outlet malls (with lots of great deals) and a host of malls are nearby. Beaches are accessible in one hours drive.
