Our direct beachfront corner condo is located at Carlos Pointe Beach Club and is just steps from the ocean. It is situated at the southern tip of the island of Fort Myers beach providing a large quiet beach for you to enjoy add relax during your next vacation getaway.
Our island getaway is situated on the 5th floor allowing for peace and privacy when relaxing on the large lanai.

The Condo
This corner condo has been recently updated with a bright and airy beach house feel and is furnished to provide you with clean and new furniture to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. It includes all the pleasures of home including a full kitchen, dishwasher, icemaker, iHome docking station, personal high speed wireless internet, 3 televisions, stereo system, vcr/dvd player, air conditioning, soaker tub, in unit washer and dryer, 3 ceiling fans and beach accessories.
The beach side family room is furnished with a pull out couch and love seat for relaxing in the evening or watching a movie on the TV. The family room and dining room is furnished with a newer soft carpet which feels particularly nice on your feet after a long walk through the surf on the beach.
The newly updated kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances including: dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge with icemaker. Our white cabinetry and Corian counter tops provide a bright beach feel for you to enjoy when cooking in the convenience of a full kitchen while on vacation. A stacking washer dryer closet has been designed into the kitchen area to provide you with the convenience of private laundry facilities within the condo.

The Bedrooms
You will enjoy the sound of the ocean while resting in the beach side master bedroom that provides panoramic ocean and beach views from the clean king sized master bed. The master bedroom provides access to the balcony through the sliding door and is equipped with an in room television, walk in closet and ensuite. The ensuite washroom is newly updated and includes a soaker tub with shower, newer cabinetry and fixtures for your comfort.
The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds that can be put together to make a king sized bed if desired. It includes a three piece ensuite bathroom, in room TV and iHome Docking Station for your iPod or iPhone and a ceiling fan.
The family room is furnished with a pull out couch that can provide a double bed for additional sleeping accommodations if needed.

The Beach
Our condo is located on the very south end of Fort Myers Beach which provides an endless supply of beautiful beaches to spend your day or walk along in the morning and evenings. The best beach is directly in front of the condo with a great wide swath of silky icing sugar like white sand and a gradual sloped water entry which is great for swimming for all ages.
Just south of the condo is Lovers Key state park which provides natural and pristine state park beaches for exploring. Walking north along the beach will provide a different experience that is equally exciting.
Included with the condo are a number of beach accessories including: Chairs, lounge chairs, sand toys, beach umbrella and cooler.
We also have a beach volleyball court located next to the ocean front outdoor pool area.

Birds and Wildlife
Carlos Ponte Beachclub is situated just next to Lovers Key State Park and is nestled in around Estero Bay Preseve State Park. At our condo you will be surrounded by approximately 45 square miles mangrove parklands, natural shorelines, and quiet waterways providing the perfect habitat for an incredible abundance of birds, fish, and various marine wildlife.
Along with viewing the thousands of bird species that call these beaches and state parks their home, you will very likely spot dolphins playing in the surf during your stay. Or perhaps you will choose to catch your dinner on Big Carlos Pass in front of the condo, or watch manatees swimming around lovers key state park. There is nothing like watching a pelican or osprey soar past the condo when you are sitting on the Lanai.

The View and the Lanai
This corner condo is situated on the very west side of Carlos Pointe Beach Club and provides an oversized and screened wrap around lanai boasting cool ocean breezes while enjoying panoramic sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach.
The large lanai (balcony) wraps around the beach side corner of the condo and is screened to provide a comfortable outdoor living space. It is furnished with outdoor patio furniture including a table and four chairs and has plenty of space to set up a couple beach lounge chairs to lay back and put your feet up while on the patio.
Our 5th floor corner condo is situated on the very west end of Carlos Point Beach Club which allows for windows on three exterior walls providing a large open feel with panoramic ocean views and sunset views from almost anywhere in the condo.

Carlos Pointe Beachclub Amenities
Along with the large swath of quiet beach front to enjoy, carlos point also has large newly landscaped beach front pool area with a newer heated pool. You can enjoy the views of the beach and ocean while relaxing under a palm tree from the pool side area.
There is also a games room with ping pong tables, a public barbecue area with water views and a beach volleyball court in front of the condo for your enjoyment.

The area around Fort Myers Beach
At Carlos Pointe Beachclub you get to enjoy the quite relaxing setting on the south end of the island with easy access to the hype and action of downtown Fort Myers Beach. A trolley operates all day with a trolley stop right in front of the condo that can shuttle you or your family members into the Fort Myers Downtown (6 miles north).
