This small and charming 2 bedroom house is located in a residential neighborhood only 10 min drive to the Zocalo, downtown.

Its privileged location on top of the ravine overlooking the volcanoes and the Tepozteco Mountains makes this home a very unique and truly wonderful place for your next stay in Cuernavaca.

Whether you are learning Spanish or visiting as a tourist this small house with its fantastic views and serene atmosphere will make your experience worthwhile.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with all the kitchen utensils and linens necessary for a comfortable stay.

There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor, one equipped with a double bed and 2 single beds on the second bedroom with a bathroom in between.

The ground floor of the house includes the kitchen and pantry, the dinning room area as well as the living room. There is a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave oven in the kitchen. The washing machine is located in an area adjacent to the house.

There is a private back yard with magnificent views as well as a community swimming pool for your enjoyment. There is only three more homes in this small community and of course the home of the “cuidador” who will assist you with all your housekeeping needs if so you desire, that way you can have all the time to enjoy.

This home is very close to public transportation. There is also a taxi stop within walking distance. The one way trip to downtown will cost approximately 3 US dollars and will take between 10 to 15 minutes.
