In the center of Pieve, the main town of Malcesine, directly on the historic Piazza Cozzaglio you will find this approximately 80 m² apartment - far from traffic noise and sunny.
The apartment is located in a 800 year old house and is on two floors.
The unique thing about this apartment is its location in the middle of the village from where you can enjoy the village life first hand. If you want to the bar, the restaurant or just shopping, you just need to walk a few steps!
The apartment is on the first floor and has a cozy living room, from here you can see down to the piazza and on the lake and the panorama of Monte Baldo. On the first floor are a bedroom with a window in a quiet courtyard and a toilet. In the attic, there is another bedroom, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and a large living room with fireplace and TV, from here you can enjoy the wonderful lake views.

For cyclists there is the possibility to park the bikes in the entrance hall.

The large public car park is about 200 meters away. The road to the lake is approximately 5km long. In the village there are supermarkets, a butcher and once a week (Thursday) a moving fruit and vegetable dealer, and bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
