First floor has two bedrooms with top of the line queen-size mattresses on the beds. Full bath with walk-in shower, double vanity and granite counters. Multi-purpose lounge area has game table, 32 inch television, DVD player and DISH TV. It also can serve as an extra bedroom with the comfy pull-out full size sofa bed. Laundry located on this floor. Tile floors downstairs.

Second floor there is a spacious master with deluxe king size mattress on bed. Master sitting area to enjoy morning coffee or reading a good book. Large open concept great room for family gatherings. Fully equipped designer kitchen, ceramic cook top range, stainless appliances, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, eat in island with granite counters. Banquette for dining or playing board games. Twin matrress on banquette can be made into bed. With an additional twin air mattress the house can accommodate up to 10 quests. Kitchen area has a built-in desk. House has Wifi Internet access. The house is located directly off of Highway 361 on the South side of Port Aransas. Coming from the North, there is free ferry access 24/7 on Highway 361. Coming from the South, use the S. Padre Island Drive bridge on Highway 358.
