Casa de la Risa sleeps 6 and is a purpose built wheelchair accessible villa for all of the family to enjoy in the picturesque town of Javea. The villa offers disabled facilities which also include a pool hoist so why not relax and unwind with a swim in the pool or a drink on the pool terrace.

The villa is on a large south facing plot therefore you can benefit from the sun all day long. The pool is surrounded by mature plants so you can enjoy plenty of privacy whilst having a swim. Then after your swim why not sit and relax and take in the panoramic views from the pool terrace.

The villa was purpose built to ensure it was wheelchair accessible throughout, so along with other features it is level throughout with wide doors for easy access. It has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area to make it easier for you to get around in your wheelchair and there are 3 accessible bedrooms. French doors open out on to the pool terrace with direct access to the 10x5m kidney shaped pool. The master bedroom has a double bed with pressure relieving mattress and the ensuite has a level access shower with shower chair and fold down grab rails at the w.c

The Villa has the all important disabled facilities but we also wanted to ensure that it is homely and not clinical and a place of fun for all of the family to enjoy.

WiFi internet is new for 2011 so no need to head out to find a free WiFi zone as you have it at the Villa.

The Villa is available all year round so if you want to get away from our cold British winters to a better climate then contact us to discuss a longer stay or winter let.
