The 260 m² villa is tastefully furnished with 4 air conditioned bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.

In Grand Baie, where there are many sports facilities, restaurants and boutiques, this villa is located in one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

The advantages of the villa are the direct access to the dream of a lagoon and a beautiful beach, where even small children can swim safely, the proximity of a 4 star hotel and the center of Grand-Baie, that are reached by a walk on the beach quickly. There you will find shops, restaurants, casinos, massage, sports, etc.

Golf lovers will find the nearest golf course at Trou aux Biches, 15 minutes by car.

Sunsets are a special experience, especially in the months of June-September.
