From the minute you are greeted with "Bula" by our caretaker, you will be in for a different kind of holiday! Our property "Vatuseta" is located approximately 3 kilometers from the town of Savusavu on the island of Vanua Levu in the Fiji Islands.

The cottage has a full kitchen, two bedrooms (one queen size bed and two single beds) and a telephone. This holiday home has superior furnishings and amenities. Relax, enjoy a cool drink and the beautiful sea view from the covered veranda. And there is also a kayak for guest use. Papaya, Coconuts, Guava, and Mangos (when in season) can be picked directly from trees right outside your front door, so there is normally fresh fruit for breakfast. "Vatuseta" is situated approximately one mile from the local airstrip and a ten minute taxi-ride from Savusavu town. The cottage is on five gently sloping acres and it is approximately a 200 meter walk to the lagoon from the bottom of the property. Best of all, it offers seclusion without isolation in it's own oasis of tropical gardens.

Savusavu is a 45 minute plane ride from Nadi and is on a magnificent bay on Fiji's second big island (Vanua Levu). You can get there from Nadi Airport either by Pacific Sun (subsidiary of Air Pacific between FJD $75 -120 each way plus taxes) or Air Fiji. This is the "friendly north" and it is slightly different to the standard tourist fare of Viti Levu. Savusavu is a spectacular destination and to prove this point has a number of pricey up-market boutique resorts such as Cousteau and Namale.

Transfers from Savusavu airport to the cottage are included.
