The villa has a large 50" television and home cinema with video, BlueRay DVD, satellite/cable. The music system will play CDs, radio. There is sitting capacity for 7 in the living room and 9 in the Conservatory dining room.
The Kitchen is equipped with a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Garden and Terraces :

An outstanding feature of Villa Ad Alta gardens are three ancient olive trees each of which is many hundreds of years old.
The garden has a number of statues and working fountain beneath the second grand Olive tree.
There are extensive paved areas on two levels. The second level is equipped with an outdoor eating area and is capable of seating 10 people. There is also flat grass area. 4 Sun-loungers complete with cushions are also provided.
To the rear of the property is a purpose built Boules (Pétanque) Court and the Chalet which houses the Villa independent 5th bedroom. The Chalet has its own terrace fronted by a second grassed area bordered by copious plantings and our massive 3rd ancient Olive tree. A mature and magnificent Palm tree completes the Villa Ad Alta's majestic garden scenery.

An outstanding feature of Villa Ad Alta gardens is the summer kitchen, which is a purpose built tiled roof structure that provides extensive outdoor cooking facilities; Perfect for the long hot Rivera summer days.
