This home is at the end of a private road, gated with a security system for ultimate privacy perched just high enough for some of Santa Barbara's best ocean, island and mountain views. Close to upper State Street shops and restuarants and downtown iSanta Barbara is a short 5 minute drive. Several wonderful beaches are within a 10 minute drive. A separate 1 bedroom furnished apartment may be rented with the home for an additional fee. No pets and no smoking allowed.

Comments:

This well-maintained home provided a wonderful holliday location for our family of grown children after Christmas through the New Year. It was the 5th house that we have rented in the United States and Europe. The venue provided a site for our children to invite many of their friends from the Los Angeles or San Diego area for a night or two. The views were spectacular, one could see the sunrise and sunset from the patio, and the garden with its landscaping was professionally maintained. The patio facing Santa Barbara was a wonderful place to read and enjoy the scenery during the day or partake in cocktails in the evening. I would certainly rent the house if I returned to Santa Barbara in the future.
