Orchard Villa is a luxurious holiday home in an unspoilt part of Bulgaria.
Perfect area for a relaxing holiday or a base for house hunting! A taste of the real Bulgaria.
The villa has a fully fitted dining kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x queen size (not quite a standard double)). A small balcony between the two upstairs bedrooms is a sun trap and has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.
Downstairs there is another twin bedroom with ensuite shower room/w.c.
Orchard Villa also has a cosy lounge with a woodburner for those cooler evenings, with Satellite TV and an internet connection.

All windows and doors are fitted with fly screens, and the house is fully double glazed. Large fenced garden available for your enjoyment with off street parking & a barbecue area.

Linen & tea towels are provided but there is an extra charge for hand/bath towels or please bring your own. All electricity is included in holiday rentals, and villa has climate control units in most rooms.

All beds have duvets and villa will be ready for your use on your arrival, with a few staple items to get you started ie tea, coffee, milk, biscuits.

We have a Property Management Service who will meet and greet you at Orchard Villa. They are on hand during your stay to help with any problems or enquiries.

There are a number of shops in the village within easy walking distance, where you can buy most of the day to day items that you will need. There is also a restaurant, nice but quite basic (owners children both speak very good English).
