Puerto Beach House is unique in that has both privacy and space for your family and friends. Six bedrooms, five baths, two kitchens, two BBQ areas, four dining areas and four separate patios mean you can all be in the same home, yet have your privacy as well. The Ten-Foot Security Wall adds a Serene Sense of Security.

Puerto Beach House consists of a very LIGHT AND BRIGHT two-bedroom home on the poolside level with a large well-equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining rooms. Its numerous windows and ceiling fans allow for cool ventilation in the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas. The garden doors open to a private gated swimming pool, lounging, BBQ and shaded dining area. Up to six people sleep on this poolside level.

The second story boasts three private bedrooms with private full baths, which sleep eight persons in total. Two of these bedrooms have their own patios overlooking the warm splendorous Pacific Ocean. All three rooms open to a large shady patio and dining area. Coffee makers, refrigerator and microwave are conveniently located for shared or private use.

A huge palapa shaded deck awaits you on the third story. Watch the Ocean sunset from your hammocks in the refreshing ocean breeze. Enjoy ocean-view dining after grilling fresh veggies and fish on the second BBQ located on this top story.

Your giant-sized sun deck with two massage or dining tables on this ocean-view level is the perfect place for yoga and basking in the sun with complete privacy. An apartment with kitchen and bath are conveniently located on this top story also. The first thing you see each morning when you sit up in bed is the glorious blue ocean.
