Casa Azul is a spectacular oceanfront villa perched on a rocky cliff overlooking Los Arcos, 5 miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, next to the Mismaloya beach. This luxurious four to seven bedroom villa (it can be rented as either a 4 Bedroom or a 7 Bedroom) is a dramatic mix of contemporary and traditional. Access to the beach is very close on both sides of the villa and taxis and buses which go downtown are available at all times of the day and night.
The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms; 4 of which are on the top two floors and 3 bedrooms which are on the bottom floor. While both floors have separate entrances, and are totally independent villas, they can be connected by a door outside of the living room. These 2 villas can be rented separately, or as one larger villa. If rented as a whole, there is space for 16-18 people total. If rented as two separate houses, the four bedroom comfortably fits 8-10 people, while the three bedroom fits 8.

The 4 bedroom villa has 2 floors. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms where guests can stay. The bedrooms repeat the curved architectural shape of the living room, framing the view of Los Arcos rocks. All 3 bedrooms have an ocean view, a king bed, private bath, and one of them a private Jacuzzi. On the next level below, there is a spacious master bedroom, with private bath, Jacuzzi and a cozy palapa terrace.

The second Villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ocean view, a private bath, air conditioning and a private balcony. The next bedroom (which is the largest bedroom of both villas), has an ocean view, 2 Queen beds, private bath, balcony, private Jacuzzi and Air-conditioning. Finally, the third bedroom has an ocean view, Air-conditioning, and a bathroom located just outside of the bedroom.
