Two levels with three large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, large living room with full wet bar, dining room with access to large outdoor patio, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, satellite television, mini-split air-conditioning throughout, spiral staircase, and upstairs overlook of the living room.

This home sits among a lush, tropical landscaped area with yard which is fully maintained by gardeners. There is a view out of living room providing lush view of yard and community pool/palapa; upstairs veranda off of master bedroom provides outside seating to overlook the 9th hole of the golf course.

The master suite also includes a fully tiled, deep tub/shower which has views of the golf course. The area is secluded between Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerias which offers access to major hotels, shopping and several community beaches!.

BUCERIAS

Take a 5 minute drive North from CASA CONNIE on Highway 200 and make a stop in the quaint little town of Bucerias. Bucerias literally translated means "Place of the Divers". This little town will win your heart.

Bucerias grew up as a fishing village but it is much more than that now. It was just a dusty little stop on the bus route a shot six or seven years ago but today many feel it's pace of growth rivals that of Puerto Vallarta.

You'll find new housing developments sprouting up all over town, many influenced by the influx of foreigners and some like Tera Alta being aimed primarily at the growing Mexican middle class.

Downtown you will find four main streets running parallel to the ocean that offer a myriad of small boutiques, a few art galleries and of course many friendly locals. On the beachfront you will find numerous open air ocean side dinning delights. Sit on the beach (literally) and take in great ocean views or step back a few feet and eat inside. New business, stores, banks, restaurants and services sprouting up everywhere assure you that Bucerias is on the move.

Of course let's not forget that gorgeous beach, stretching five miles along the bottom of this charming Mexican town. Take a walk, for hours if you want, all the way to Nuevo Vallarta or further north to La Cuz. Do some boogie boarding, surfing or just collect some sea shells. Many say this is one of the most beautiful beaches in the bay, certainly one of the biggest.

Take the drive to Bucerias, it is well worth the time.
