We would like to welcome guests to our spectacular townhouse situated in a beautiful complex, Las Chapas Beach on the sunny Costa Del Sol, just a few footsteps away from the beach at El Rosario.

The townhouse is a perfect place to enjoy your holiday, fully furnished to ensure guests have luxury and comfort, the townhouse is an ideal home from home for any family or group of friends who want to enjoy the delights of Marbella, Puerto Banus or Fuengirola.

Centrally located the townhouse is excellently situated right on the beach front at El Rosario.

The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage for all your belongings, whilst the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have twin beds.

If required, the townhouse also has a cot complete with bedding which is free for guests to use.

With air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living area, there is no need to worry about keeping cool in the summer heat.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for a self catering stay, this includes all amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The open plan living and dining room has a new flat screen TV and DVD Player, (this includes some sky channels and BBC/UTV)and CD Player. This opens onto the large fully furnished and secure terrace. With sunloungers, a table and chairs and even a coal BBQ, ideal for a family with small children.

This is an absolutely stunning holiday home and a great townhouse to enjoy your vacation on the Costa Del Sol.
