The house has 2 well-equipped kitchens that leads into the spacious, well-furnished sitting / dining area equipped with LCD / plasma TV and satellite system, CD & DVD player and Internet (WIFI). Main feature is a see-through fireplace between the main dinning room and the living room.

Another impressive feature of the living room are large glass doors offering stunning panoramic views over the Lake Lipno and the surrounding mountains on the other side of the lake. The villa has large terrace: 20m2 covered and 28m2 open terrace with sauna, garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.
The whole property is fenced and has got a large private garden with children-playground (swings, slide)+private parking (3 cars onsite; 2 cars outside).

Lipno nad Vltavou is located in Southern part of Czech Republic on the large lake LIPNO, only 25 km from Austria -the nearest Airport is Linz - 65 km away. Low cost flights to Linz every day from London Stansted and hire car to drive to Czech Republic (no border crossing any more). Only 30 km to picturesque town of Cesky Krumlov (National Heritage) and 55 km to the City of Ceske Budejovice (famous for Brewery Budavr). The capital of Czech Republic Prague- possible for a day trip - only 190 km away (International Airport Ruzyne). Lipno is the largest artificial lake in the Czech Republic. It covers an area of 4,870 km whereas the length is almost 50 km. Ski Resort Kramolín Lipno is the fifth best resort in the Czech Republic. It features a seated cable railway and three ski lifts, all of them having a total transportation capacity of 4,800 persons per hour. The resort also features six downhill courses of all difficulty level types in a total approximate length of 5.5 kilometres.

What to do in Lipno: In winter: Enjoy the winter fun at the 5570m long skiing slopes - with the ski lifts near by the house (500m). With the latest artificial snow system, you will always find snow at the Ski-areal Lipno. Never tried ski in your life? - perfect opportunity for beginners (ski and snowboard school; Fox-park for children). For cross country: 36 km of skiing tracks. When the lake is frozen you can ice skate (for hire) or walk across the lake. You can even kite ski around on the frozen lake. In Summer: Play golf on the resorts golf course, raft down the VLTAVA river for a few hours or a whole day. Bike ride around the lake or in the forest. Go for a swim in the lake or local swimming pool that also offers paddling pool for children, sauna and whirlpool (Aquaworld - 500m). You can even bob-sleight (500 m from the house). Hire a boat and go for a sail, go fishing or work on that sun tan on the beach by the lake. With loads more to do Lipno in winter or summer you will never get bored!
