Located next to an ancient abbey founded in the twelfth century, the apartment "Il Casale" is located in the south of Porto Recanati, in the district S. Maria in Potenza, and is housed in an old rural farmhouse recently restored.

The apartment is divided into two areas: one includes kitchen and living room, the other a double bedroom.

The first area includes the kitchen and living room, main part of the apartment is warm and inviting, ready to welcome guests to give a holiday of relaxation and fun. In this environment there is also a sofa bed for two people.

The second room is the bedroom, too warm, it is striking pink walls and ceiling completely covered with wood, moreover, as in the rest of the apartment.

The bathroom has a shower, in excess of the standard, it also includes a washing machine.

The apartment also consists of an inviting terrace with table and chairs, this is the ideal place to dine or relax in complete tranquility in the warm summer evenings.

The apartment is open during June, July, August and September, covers 40 square meters, can accommodate up to four people and pets are not allowed, is located at 1,800 meters and 3,000 meters from the beaches from the city center.
