The Studio:
Comfy, furnished, ground floor (not basement) Studio/Bachelor apartment. Private side entrance, garden patio area, clean & quiet. Queen bed plus extra wide twin sofa bed, 3 piece bathroom w/ spacious shower stall, and full kitchen. Street Parking.

All the comforts of home. All utilities, towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, all the small appliances, fridge, stove, full size laundry facilities, local phone calls, wireless DSL internet connection, DVD/CD player and 32 inch flat screen satellite TV, are included.

The House: Full Details:
     • Level 4:
A staircase (exterior) leads to the top of the house and the second big deck (11'x18') 'the Captain's walk!' from which the 360 degree view is just fabulous. Shake a branch with the Norway Spruce, which towers over the North East corner of the deck, and overhangs a few branches. This area may be inaccessible during a heavy snow fall.

Two huge decks/balconies with discrete concealed nighttime illumination equals a summer entertainer's dream. An afternoon espresso or an apéritif with appetizers or both!. Dinner alfresco, then evening cocktails by moonlight on the upper terrace with a view of Vancouver all lit up and the Mountains in silhouette in the background!

     • Level 3:
Living room (13x18) set across the width of the house has a mainly westerly orientation for the afternoon sun. Large windows on all four sides make the room bright and airy. One window over the fireplace looks north to the mountains.

Large deck/ balcony (12x21) running alongside the living room favours the afternoon sun, with a view to the local Mountains that form a backdrop to Vancouver. A BBQ, patio table and chairs are available here and during Fall and Winter seasons (with advance booking and weather permitting) an outdoor 4 -6 person hot tub may be available at extra cost of $150.

     • Level 2:
Superbly equipped large gourmet kitchen with Dining area at the back of the house overlooks the garden. There is no formal dining room as such, but the table will seat 6-8. With 2 sky lights and windows on three sides, it is a very bright room that catches the morning sun.

BEDROOMS:
The Master bedroom faces East and the morning sun. Good size room with Queen bed plus 1 twin bed for triple occupancy, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.
2 smaller bedrooms (facing West) - Double bed and 1 twin bed respectively.
A second full bathroom with tub and shower serves the bedrooms and the rest of the house.

     • Level 1:
Main entrance, Driveway Parking, front foyer, laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
Unit 1 - the separate studio suite with garden outlook is on this level, at the back, available separately or in conjunction with the house for larger groups.
