The breakfast area which overlooks the pool can seat 8 people. The formal living room is an ideal place to relax after a tiring day at the parks whilst the formal dining room can seat 10 people. The family room, which also overlooks the pool area, has a 42” plasma TV and comfortable seating. The brand new media and pool room features an 8ft screen with rear projector (PS2 linked) plus movie library. There is also a 7ft slate bed pool table plus games and toys for the younger members of the family.

Free wireless high speed internet access is available throughout the home as well as a web browsing terminal/kiosk PC. Free phone calls are also included. The 2nd floor loft area is an ideal place to relax with a book or play a game of chess or checkers.

The star of this home is the oversized screened pool/lanai area. This is accessed through French doors from the breakfast area or from the family room. The pool and spa each have their own heating systems so you can always have a hot spa without having to heat the pool. With two ceiling fans, evening lighting, outside hot/cold shower, gas bbq, dining tables for 10, sun-loungers, floats and pool toys you will find it hard to drag yourselves away.
