Private house for a couple or up to 6 people with cleaning lady and cook, pool, big garden in a beautiful private resort only 50 meters from the sea in the north of Mauritius.

Le Farniente is part of a residential complex close to GRAND-BAIE in the north of the island 1h30 from the airport Le Farniente is situated in a 8400 square meters beautiful tropical garden to which the property has direct access from the ground floor terrace. There is a first class swimming pool with overflow.

The complex has a 24 hours security service.
Farniente is only 50 meters from the sea across the coastal road. From there you can walk on white sandy beaches to PEREYBERE or further north to CAP MALHEUREUX

Le Farniente has been completely renovated in 2008 and covers 130 square meters
A dedicated and meticulous housekeeper AND a good cook will be present and see to your comfort.
The meticulous housekeeper works from Monday to Saturday 9.30a.m to 13.30p.m. except on public holidays.
She does the house and guest laundry and the house cleaning.
The cook ALSO attends the same hours and she will prepare your lunch at mid-day or your dinner in advance.
The cook does not do your purchases, but is available to accompany you and assist you in buying your groceries and local fruits and vegetables.

Their service is included in the price. As a token of your appreciation a discretionary gratuity to them would be welcomed on departure.

There is a bus station in front of the complex. It takes 5 minutes to reach PEREYBERE or 10 minutes to reach GRAND-BAIE and its shopping malls, water-sport facilities, banks, restaurants, casino and discotheques.

A.D.S.L INTERNET is free. Bring your own laptop.
There is a free telephone for local calls and for receiving international calls. For outgoing international calls use a prepaid card or hook-up your laptop to SKYPE.

At 1 P.M fresh fish can usually be purchased on the beach in front of Le Farniente.

Kitchen with stainless steel professional equipment, living / dining room, terrace leading to the garden, stainless steel professional barbecue with rotating grills in the yard behind.

First Floor: -
1 bedroom facing the garden with twin beds, A / C and balcony.
1 bedroom facing the mountains with twin beds, A / C.1 bathroom with shower / W.C.Twin beds can be joined together as single beds.

Second Floor:-
1 bedroom facing the garden with one double bed, A / C and balcony.1 adjoining bathroom with shower / W.C.

Position:

Tennis is also available at CASUARINA hotel in TROU-AUX-BICHES. Otherwise 7 courts are accessible day / evenings at TENNIS-DU-NORD in LABOURDONNAIS less than 30 minutes away.
