For those coming from along the SS76 towards Ancona direction Rome, exit at Fabriano east, then follow the signs to Sassoferrato.Dopo about 8 km along the road is the road to the left for the Village of Melano. After 1 km you arrive at the center of the hamlet. For those arriving from Rome along the SS76 following the directions Ancona - Fabriano, to the village of Vico Ditch crossing point, then, at the junction follow the signs to Sassoferrato. After about 4 km of provincial roads will be on the right side of the deviation for the Village of Melano situated about 1 km

As emphasized in its description, the "Rustico" is certainly cozy, comfortable, and romantic. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes and the ancient paper town of Fabriano, it's location provides for a quiet and relaxing stay. The "Rustico" is clean and well stocked, accommodating more than enough supplies to enjoy eating in and pleasantly resting. But, the most striking aspect of our stay was the kindness, generosity, and hospitality of the owners. They graciously provided us with transportation into Fabriano and the surrounding areas and also with knowledge and advice about what to see and do nearby. They selflessly reserved time to interact with us and service our needs. They are a warm and friendly family that run a wonderful, little, Italian resting place.
