The paved South Rim Bike Trail passes by the Townhouse and it winds through the pine forest only 10 minutes by bicycle to the best beaches on the South Shore.

For skiers and snowboarders this Townhouse is fifteen (15) minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, twenty (20) minutes from Sierra and forty five (45) minutes from Kirkwood.

The Townhouse has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and beds for eight. The fenced backyard has a hot tub and picnic table. All linens are provided, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer, dryer, three (3) TVs (2 HD flat screen) with Blu-ray DVDs and a Nintendo Gamecube console with many games and controls.

From the San Francisco Bay Area: 1) Take Hwy 50 about 58 miles east of Placerville (hint: you will pass Hwy. 89, the Agricultural checkpoint and Lake Tahoe Airport) 2) On the intersection of Hwy 50 and Lake Tahoe Blvd, continue onto Emerald Bay Rd 3) Turn right at 10th St. (after passing the Irish Rockwater Bar & Grill) 4) Turn left at Eloise Ave. 5) Destination will be on the left. You can park in the driveway in front of the garage. Do NOT park in street in winter (snow plows) (We recommend carrying snow chains September through April, unless you have 4WD.)
