Our 3rd floor penthouse apartment has full air-conditioning with a heating option for the cooler nights and there is a separate fully equipped kitchen with adjacent laundry. Both of the Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of draw space and there are 2 full bathrooms - one of which is an en-suite.
