Built to a high standard the accommodation is contemporary, spacious, light and airy.
Large open plan lounge diner and kitchen with large plasma TV. Patio doors onto small balcony. Selection of games, books, aWii & WIFI.
One double bed room with en-suite. Two twin bedded rooms and one large family family bathroom. All bedrooms are comfortable with fresh Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels provided. A cot and high chair are available.
Outside there is a patio and BBQ area, raised semi tropical flower beds and raised pond with fish. There is a washing machine and tumble drier. There is an array of beach gear including beach chairs, wind breaks, bucket & spades, body boards, skim boards, surf boards, wet suits etc. Parking for two cars.
Situated just 600 yards from the Blue Flag award winning Carbis Bay family beach. Guests can take a 25 minute stroll along the costal path into near St Ives. Alternatively you can jump onto the local coastal scenic railway just 200yards away which runs from St Erth through Lelant, Carbis Bay and onto St Ives.
Convenient for exploring all of Cornwall, St Ives, Peranporth, Lands End, Hawkes Point, Lelant, Eden Project, Minac Theatre, Zennor, Sennen. All of Cornwall and its spectacular scenery, coastline and attractions.
