A new house that overlooks a large pond with 2 kayaks, 30 acres of pasture, 40 acres of woods, my 2 horses. House is next to High Bridge State Park Horse/Bide trail that extends for 34 miles. Step off the farm onto the trail and 3 miles youre in town at the train station. Currently the trail is open for 26 miles and will be completed in late 2011. You can bring your horses or bikes with signed waiver and let them graze on the pasture with my 2 horses until you take them on the trail for an all day ride, then let them cool down in the clean clear pond while you watch the sunset from the large Western deck. House is dog friendly with deposit and available all year round. It is a farm, so 4 wheel drive is recommended in winter and Spring when it rains. Farmville has a new state of the art Library you can ride your bike to and Longwood U is withing biking distance as well.
