The large kitchen is fully equipped, which will allow you to cater for the most demanding of families. From preparing a pre-theme park, breakfast to a full family banquet at the end of the day, we've got you covered. In addition to the breakfast nook, we offer a large dining area, tastefully furnished and with plenty of room to seat six in total.

The bedroom lineup starts with an elegant master bedroom suite, which offers a queen size bed, flat screen cable TV, private access to the pool area, and a large all-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, twin vanity basins, and water closet . Next in the lineup are a twin-bedded room and a vibrant, brightly colored queen guest bedroom, again with flat screen cable TV, both of which share the family bathroom. Last, but certainly not least, is the second master suite, again with flat screen cable TV, private access to the pool deck, and it's own all-suite bathroom.

The Florida lifestyle is all about outdoor living and there's no better place to enjoy the Florida sun than on your very own private pool deck. Our swimming pool is also wheelchair accessible and offers plenty of space for all the family to enjoy.

Rental Period

• Stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of 83 €. (When you stay longer then 5 nights, there will be no cleaning fee)

• The home is available from 4pm, local time, on the day of arrival.

• Departure must be by 10am on the morning of departure.

• Guests may arrange to arrive earlier or stay later if the home is available. A nominal charge will be levied for this service and must booked with us in advance.

Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of $ 150 per week is required within 7 days of your initial reservation, together with the completed booking form. Upon receipt of this deposit and Booking Form you will be sent a confirmation of the booking.

• Payment of the balance is due no later than eight weeks prior to your arrival date. Upon receipt a confirmation will be sent out. You will receive full details of the home, along with directions and key codes within 8 weeks of your departure date.

• Please note that credit card payments will incur a surcharge on your original booking price.

• Failure to make the final payment by the due date (8 weeks prior to arrival) may result in the loss of the booking and deposit.

• We recommend that all guests Ensure they have appropriate holiday, medical, injury and cancellation insurance cover prior to travel.

Formalities:
